Your Emergency Should Not Affect Your Customers

  1. Prepare your executive staff to manage and oversee your company’s restoration during and following a disaster that could shut your company down for a week or more.
  2. Create backup plans and systems for your operations and business continuity preparedness plan.
  3. Test your whole emergency plan; don't just conduct fire and exit drills.
  4. Be sure your emergency plan and active shooter plan are current.
  5. Conduct threat and vulnerability assessment and risk analysis of your business.
  6. Provide guidance and information on helping your employees be prepared for a disaster.
